My second criticism could be that the Rambaldi prediction of Season One, namely, that a person who appeared to be Sydney will be involved inside fate of her sister in certain pivotal event, would be a thunderous dud. Unless, needless to say, the season finale was not the foretold event. But it is section of a more substantial problem: for four seasons we percieve an ongoing involvement inside the legacy of Rambaldi, but the payoff has become rather slight. Despite random attempts, the Rambaldi elements from the show too often feel as if they have got merely been inserted, without being fully integrated.
