You'd think I wouldn't wish heartbreak on anyone, but I am elated to share with you that I am grateful. I am grateful to have been you together with gotten to know misery's soul because from there you see the sweetness at heartbreak's wake.  I know very well what it's prefer to relax in a ball and feel pain should you move through the only corner of the bed that still feels safe. I know very well what it's want to bury yourself in your palms and with your memories. I understand what it's want to dig so deep for answers that your fingers learn to bleed.

Most of the formaldehyde you're exposed to inside the environment is inside the air. This usually stops working during the day to make formic acid and co. This doesn't apparently increase in plants, animals or water. However, you're exposed to small amounts of formaldehyde in the air. This is especially true living in heavily populated suburban areas. Surprisingly though, there's usually more formaldehyde present indoors than outdoors. This is because formaldehyde is released into the air from many home goods that you breathe. These products include latex paint, fingernail hardener, and fingernail polish, antiseptics, medicines, dish-washing liquids, fabric softeners, shoe-care agents, carpet cleaners, glues, adhesives, and lacquers. Formaldehyde is also seen in plywood and particle board, along with furniture and cabinets created from them, fiberglass products, new carpets, decorative laminates, and some permanent press fabrics, and some paper products (ie grocery bags and paper towels). Since these products contain formaldehyde, you may even be exposed through your skin by touching or coming in direct contact with them. You may also be subjected to small amounts of formaldehyde within the food you eat. Other home items that contain and present off formaldehyde include: household cleaners, carpet cleaners, disinfectants, cosmetics, medicines, fabric softeners, glues, lacquers, and antiseptics. You may also breathe formaldehyde if you use unvented gas or kerosene heaters indoors or if you or another individual smokes tobacco indoors. It can be interesting to notice that this level of formaldehyde in mobile homes and apartments is usually more than it is in conventional homes due to their lower air turnover.
